Jonathan’s work begins with the understanding that people are never just one thing. Growing up mixed-race and moving between cultural worlds shaped his curiosity about the different parts of a person and the relationships that help those parts come into view.
Founder, Both/And Psychotherapy
Grounded in relational psychoanalysis, Jonathan explores the beliefs, emotional expectations, and relationship patterns that shape how you experience yourself and others. Therapy becomes a collaborative process of understanding those patterns and finding more freedom in how you live.
Living between cultures, communities, or expectations
Questions of identity, self-worth, and belonging
Repeating relationship patterns or feeling unseen
